About Us

Who We Are

Beacon Associates first opened in 1986 as an in-house management company for out-of-town investors. We have taken on additional owner investments to manage as well as maintaining the management for those centers we

have since sold. We have kept the focus, however, on giving personalized service to each owner (as well as tenant), and thus keeping our portfolio load smaller than the average commercial company. It is our focused portfolio that allows us to perform in this very specialized way.



Our Focus

Our focus is on establishing and administering a realistic

operating budget; keeping in close touch with tenants in

order to meet their needs and maintain a low tenant

turnover; coordinating maintenance and interior remodels;

and keeping lines of communication open among owners,

brokers, and potential tenants.

Ryan Lopez

President - Agent

Ryan Lopez, Agent, joined the team in 1995, supervising the facility operations at each property as well as maintaining those important face-to-face tenant relationships. Rotating from facility and tenant relations, he now operates as Property Manager and Leasing agent for Beacon Associates.

Amy Lopez

CFO - Broker

In 1993, Amy Becker Lopez joined the company and is now the Broker for Beacon Associates as well as the general manager of the business, managing mainly the financial side of a portfolio of office, medical, retail and office/warehouse properties totaling approximately 500,000 square feet.
